    Man I am so out of shape and in this heat I had no chance at keeping my HR down. Oh well, slowly but surely it will come back. GOod news is the knees at least seem to be holding up.

      I'm trying, but I am going to go very very slow. 2-3 miles every other day or so. Fitness level is soo poor and all these beers have added some pounds. LOL.

      Speaking of which, Javi, We need to get a beer sometime.
