I am sidelined with a knee injury now, but I am still hopeful that I will be able to do the ING Half Marathon on March 21st.

    5 barefoot miles on a beautiful sunny Atlanta day, 55 degrees with a cool breeze. Knee was a little tight towards the end, and my cardio fitness still sucks, but over all it was a great run.

    4 slow miles. Longest run since Thanksgiving. Knee made it 3.5 with no discomfort. Progress.

    40 min on the bike followed by 20 min on the stair master.

    Needed an extra 30 minutes of cardio and the elliptical won out over the bike.

    1 hr elliptical to get the blood moving followed by arms and chest. Now starbucks and then locating a free spot with the rest of the bums at Barnes & nobel
