Ok, don't laugh @ this 50 yr old here who hasn't really been in the water for some 30 yrs but did a small swim of 150 m & a few weights prior to entering the water. I truly felt it would be easier being I was swimming instructor when I was a teenager, lol!!!


oh I know that feeling all too well! It'll come! Welcome back into the water! Old instructors never die, we just wash out!

This reminds me of people who now run 10 miles or so but remember starting off, and not even being able to run for 1 minute at a time. Many distance runners say things like that. What makes the difference is that where some give up, others keep up. I have a good idea of where you fall on that spectrum, my friend!
