After completing my 1st 12 hr shift back @ the hospital after vacation decided to do a little something, 101F @ 8:30 pm, my run was more of a walk, then came home did 50 ab crunches, a few pushups, weights & a plank, see pic below of me, the bottom pic is how I felt, lol!!!
