    Shins really hurt, worked way more than I wanted to, sorry to hate griping on ya's about these shins.

    Timers didn't work after swim... 13 mi

    Timers worked for the swim & T1 then they said a battery went out for the bike T2 & run but worked @ the finish, ugh!

    Water 57 F weather 55 F, @ the start of the my 1st Open Water Swim.

    Guessing @ 1 mi...had 6 x 200m sprints up hills, was only able to do 4 of these after doing Jacks Hill on the computrainer.

    Was suppose to be in Zone 4-5 of my average watts. Mostly kept watts > 120, each hill was 1 mile long with steepest 4% grade, tried to keep my rpms up also but got tired near the end.
