    Doing drills from my swim coach trying to stop dragging in the water. Alot of pulls, working on rolling side to side in the water.

  6. QUESTION, Reynolds Sixty-six tubulars anyone know anything about them. Someone is selling a pair? WOULD YOU DO TUBULARS or CLINCHERS?

      I would say Clinchers that way your not dead in the water with a flat.

    Had to move the bike & cycle ops out of the grey room so I could watch todays stage 3 of the Tour in the family room. Corgi's didn't mind, lol!

    Forgot my watch but I'm sure I swam alot more in effort than distance, those stinkin waves were brutal out there but learned how to do a cork screw turn around bouys, that was fun!

    After a 15 hr work day yesterday Coach wanted 60-70 miles, the winds were absolutely EVIL & my legs were Cement Blocks. Got it done but it wasn't pretty.

    Shins really hurt, worked way more than I wanted to, sorry to hate griping on ya's about these shins.

    Timers didn't work after swim... 13 mi

    Timers worked for the swim & T1 then they said a battery went out for the bike T2 & run but worked @ the finish, ugh!

    Water 57 F weather 55 F, @ the start of the my 1st Open Water Swim.

    Guessing @ 1 mi...had 6 x 200m sprints up hills, was only able to do 4 of these after doing Jacks Hill on the computrainer.

    Was suppose to be in Zone 4-5 of my average watts. Mostly kept watts > 120, each hill was 1 mile long with steepest 4% grade, tried to keep my rpms up also but got tired near the end.
