The water was warm this morning and oh it was nice to get into the pool! The legs still had enough in them to get through this swim (well, I may have looked like an intoxicated swimmer with the way I was swerving when I wasn't focusing) and I just went. Some focus on breathing and form helped keep things in check and it was a great way to end out the morning workout. Not what I wanted this morning, but happy nonetheless.
