good Shoulder and tris 00:45

Thank heavens today was upper body day with my trainer. I don't know that my legs would have cooperated after the run. =) But my trainer made it so that it was hard to shampoo after my workout, so I think it wore me out too.

Power clings, french press, arnold presses, rope pull downs, shoulder presses, tricep dips with my ankles about 3.5 feet off the ground (she's sassy), front raises, overhead rope
