The hip didn't like yesterday's leg workout, so I switched from a jog to a cycle. Got a great ride in and kept the hip *mostly* happy. Fingers crossed that the steel toed boots don't make it cranky tomorrow and I can get some elliptical work or jogging in on Thursday.


Nice ride and way to take it easy on the hip.
