    Heavy legs...but I did it...usually don't do back to back runs, but it was necessary today. Tomorrow I shall x-train...Happy runs everyone!

      Ahh.. thanks everyone! I did another 3.48 today...tomorrow is cross training (Spin Biking is my preferred torture of choice)..ha, no I love it too! Thanks Dixie for getting me here.

      You have a lot of time to train Barbara. Half the battle is showing up at the start line healthy. Push yourself to improve but listen to your body.
