Includes wup & cd, but I wasn't really all that whacked out about my pace as it was my long run - it got kinda' warm, and I switched to 1:1 run/walk ratio - foot held up great, knees held up great, IT band help up great!!! Overall I am very happy!

@Jim W. - I don't really live close enough to where he has his group runs...I wish I did. But I still do the Galloway program and it had worked very well for me. Are you joining?

I ran with them the past four years. Not sure about this year yet since my race plan is mostly on trails, so I need to train on trails. My wife is going to run with them again this year.
