      I think it can't be quite right.... ; ) Truly. Today my pace was 10:15 and it felt faster than the other day. Who knows..

    I knew I only had 10 minutes, so I tried to run a fast loop. Working on keeping my core stabilized while I run and paying more attention to moving my legs and arms in a concentrated rhythm.

    First time out in months. Run/walk for 15 minutes, then walked to 20 minutes. Yesterday--and from that little work out I'm sore today.
