Met Deb V. and Heather B. at the Maple corner. It was a pretty slow morning, we all had aches or pains today. The outside of both my quads are killing me after yesterday's run. I couldn't hardly do the stairs at the ball game last night.
After our run I picked up my mom and headed to the NW Y. Did 50 minutes of weights and 15 minutes of stretching. My legs feel a tad bit better after the Y. I'm hoping to do a few more miles tonight at GoRun.
