went to the gym and did a weights workout. I was going to jump on the stair-stepper but just didn't have it in me. Focused on the weights and stretching.

thanks Sandra. I think I just mentally didn't want to do the stepper anyway, plus my legs were a little tired from Sunday's 30 mile ride.
