      Thanks. It's beginning to come around, last couple weeks have been slack - haven't hit the 20 mile mark yet, will probably try more after the triathlon.

      Hey Mark! Good to see you out on the bike. I finally started riding again recently (been out 5 times so far this year). No running thanks to a very cranky knee (probably need to get it scoped), but I'm starting to enjoy the bike. Way out of shape and 10 lbs. overweight, so I've got some work to do. Training for a long ride this summer. Keep it up yourself, my friend!

      Thanks Colin! Hate to hear about the knee but they can do wonders now ;-) I've been really getting back into shape/condition since the first of the year, dropped about 14 pounds so far, signed up for my first tri (olympic distance) and have just been trying to stay focused by running and just overall fitness. Trying to keep the stress from work in check - which caused part of the weight gain and dropping out for a while. The bike can be fun - road is far more fun than the biker trainer ... LOL

      Seriously! I don't like the trainer, but sometimes it's a necessary evil. If I'm forced to ride it the next couple of weeks (i.e. bad weather), I'll have to do it watching March Madness in order to survive. Glad you've signed up for a tri! It's good to have something out there as motivation. I have yet to do one. Maybe once I get this knee taken care of. And I hear ya on the weight gain. Stress is a killer (and we're both getting older!)
