I did a pyramid speed workout going to/on the bike path and back.
My slow runs averaged about 8:15 pace, fast at least as fast as 6:30m/m
in minutes i did: 10s, 1sprint, 1s, 2f, 2s, 3f, 3s, 4f, 4s, 5f, 5s, 10f, 10s, 5f, 5s, 4f, 4s, 3f, 3s, 2f, 2s, 1sprint, 1s, then about 13 minutes medium and gradually fading to home.

It was a great spring night to get out there! It was great and I didn't even need to stop for or carry water. Hell yea.
