Second Heart Rate workout. Don't know how far I went. Forgot my Nike+ and my iPhone couldn't track using iMapMyRun and I forgot to count laps at the Lifetime indoor track. Oh well. My average heart rate was 152. I was supposed to keep it in the zone of 122-157.
