Made two days in a row. Might have pushed it a little hard today. I'm working on using my heart rate monitor better for training. My heart rate shot up to 190, so I dialed back a little in the end.

Wild Card Treadmill Walk 5.3 mi 01:31 17:10 pace
Battling a cold and sore throat but didn't want to sit on my butt all day watching football so I watched the first half of the Denver/Pittsburg game while walking on the treadmill.

Felt like crap when I woke up. Took some cold medicine and went to work. Wasn't up for a run but did some stair climbing. 73 floors

It was a little hard and tiring, but I was able to finish a full run.
