    Made two days in a row. Might have pushed it a little hard today. I'm working on using my heart rate monitor better for training. My heart rate shot up to 190, so I dialed back a little in the end.

    Felt like crap when I woke up. Took some cold medicine and went to work. Wasn't up for a run but did some stair climbing. 73 floors
