I'm on a plan to get my base back...& it seems to be working because this is the first run I've had in a few months that didn't hurt. It felt good! I don't know if the 50 degree, 18mph winds had anything to do with it, but I was so excited to get into my favorite UnderArmour cold gear running tights, braid my hair, pull on my skullcap & get out there. Even the new ear buds were awesome! And my speed...without focusing on speed, I somehow got some of it back. This was an AWESOME run.
