great Intro-Tester class 00:34

Took a free intro-to-crossfit class at my gym...designed to get people interested & buy a round of classes. Which I did, because it was an awesome smoke session & I think it'll help me get back into shape faster than anything else I've been doing. And there's the much-needed-added-benefit of helping me meet people in my new location. So for the next month, I'm taking Fundamentals 2x a week. It was a tough session; I'm smoked...but I'm in for the win. :)
