Myth: Florida is flat. It is NOT flat. And sometimes, it's SUPER windy. That pretty much sums up my run...tough, rolling hills right into the wind. Rough, but done.

    I'm figuring them out. My stride is a bit different than in the Newtons...but so far, I'm running better than I did in the 2013 Newtons. No feeling like every joint in my legs are rubbing together incorrectly, so that's a BIG help. Now I think I can focus on getting my lungs back because my legs/feet feel like they're working again. :)
