  1. RUN
great Last LSD of the cycle! 12.01 mi 02:07 10:33 pace

Rain waited until the last 3 miles, just in time to cool me off. Had pizza afterwards. That was nice. Now I'm hoping to fall asleep.

  6. RUN
alright Lesson learned... 4.09 mi 00:40 09:53 pace

Wicked too hot. Time to start running in the evening. Sun was killer. I cramped & had to slow down. But I got thru it.

excellent 4 mile run Bonnie, glad you completed your goal of 4 miles, that had to be tough to keep going with cramps, nothing can stop you.

  7. RUN
good Treadmill miles 3.13 mi 00:29 09:17 pace

Didn't have a whole lot of time tonight & didn't feel like "suiting up," so I just popped on the treadmill. It gets the job done.

a great 3 miles on the TM, way to get it done, more important to get it done than to shorten it or skip it completely.

No taper for me... it's just a half, so I'm following the same program I used for the 1/2 in Munich. :)

great Walking Wine tour in Vicenza! 5.7 mi 03:48

I'm counting this because it was a tough walk. Lots of hills... though I will also say I definitely ate (& drank) more calories than I burned. But this is what is so wonderful about living... read more

      Nice Job:

Sounds like a perfect afternoon, although I'm not much of a wine drinker. Whisky and beer are my poisons - and yes, I did spot the glass of Hofbrau in your profile pic :))

    great Changing it up 00:52

Met my trainer at the crossfit gym to change it up a bit tonight. Legs still rocked from running, so the change feels great. Thinking to declare Friday a rest day before LongRunSaturday.

  10. walk
tired ...how I got home. 0.95 mi 00:18 18:28 pace

Since we weren't home yet, we had to walk the rest of the way. And yes, I'm taking credit for those miles. ;)

  11. RUN
    Ugh.... 3.27 mi 00:34 10:15 pace

Wasn't really going well. Calves were beyond tired & trending toward pain, so I stopped early. It's okay; I forgive myself. Sometimes you have to know your limits.

Sensible thing to do Bonnie-By pushing on you would have been risking injury and putting yourself out for a lot longer-You should always listen to what your bodys telling you! :-)

good Runching in the Rain 3.11 mi 00:29 09:24 pace

  15. RUN
tired Rubber meets the road 9.01 mi 01:37 10:45 pace

    tired Lunch class 00:45

This was a rough one. Weight session last night made it difficult to support my weight. But I still made it to the mat, which was enough success for me!

Well, I took a lot of child pose breaks. But sometimes the keeping of the habit is way more important than excelling at the habit. The past few days have been that way for me. And that's okay because at least I've been pushing thru & making my body move.
