  5. I'm alive, I swear. Haven't been running, waiting for the weather to be nicer @ 5am... But I signed up for my first MUD RUN 5K in July and the Broad St. 10 Miler on May 1st!

    It was perfect and sunny. Great weather and for not running in a month, I felt good. Took it easy. 5 min walk warm up and did 3/1 intervals. I was happy.

    I took spin class and followed right up w/ kickboxing. Great 2 hour work out and I burned over 1000 cals!

    Great weather, 55 degrees. I did 3/1 intervals b/c I am behind on my runs for my 2nd Half next week...I'll do it even if i crawl across the finish line! LOL
