Eyes dilated at the optometrist. So, no staring at a screen for the rest of the afternoon. Plus, it's about 5 when I'm done. Hour of twilight left. Hey, why not take the long way home?

Good ride home - nice to be riding in teh twilight instead of the dark.
I did have a run-in with a car pulling out of the Haley Brook market - old woman turning left onto 184 (eastbound) pulled a... read more
A semi-tempo run on the mill while Jake swam. Wish I'd run outside. Suppose it's official marathon start.
On the way home from drill - transcendent afternoon run, beautiful and mild.
