    Haven't done pushups in a month. Managed to work up to 6, so 600 yards of that. 500 w/u, 500 c/d, and a great way to spend lunch.

    Lindsey is named after a Navy buddy. Workout is easy - swim 50, do a pushup. Swim another 50, do 2 pushups. I went up to10.

      That sounds totally cool. However, Tracy and I (and maybe Alex?) are running the Redding Road Race (5K + 1/2 marathon) the next day. I don't think I can swing that.

    Awesome. They had hip hop on the speaker in the pool - crunk provides a good beat to stroke to; laps just seemed to flow.
