Getting over a chest cold from last week. First run in a while. Struggled for air the entire time.

ran 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down, hoping it would be faster than Tuesday's 5K but within a few seconds. Calf muscles still sore. Need to find a way to put in more miles.

Trying to run the stiffness away. Got back and had a bad charlie horse in my calf and jumped in the hot tub. Need to do more sprinting so my legs don't scream so loud and long afterwards.

Competed in the Grand Canyon State Games in the 100m and 200 m. A bit scary getting down in the blocks with people half your age. Good news, I did not pull a hammy or fall on my face!

Walk with Tracy, marking off a 5K with Nike+ and Garmin. They were about 50 yards off from each other. Close 'nough.

Lots of aches and pains lately. Not keeping track of pace, but I pace up the second half and kick the last 800.

I dont always keep track of pace but estimate how long I was gone when I get back and map my route out. So its a rough guess to kinda keep track.
