    Garmin humour! The Grind is 2.9k, 850 m ascent, and it took me an hour with an average HR of 161 - and yet, interestingly, I only burned 150 calories doing it!

      305 - yeah, it's supposed to run the calorie thing off heart rate I thought, but obviously did it off distance! Otherwise I like it - although my 1st one broke in late July, & I got it replaced under warranty at the MEC.
