    It was an OK run, but it was unusually HUMID. Felt like we were swimming most of the time. Glad to get out and move, but it wasn't the best morning run.

      Understood. I'm listening (I planned for a good longer run today but cut it short) and excited about resting this evening. I'll see how I feel in the AM. If I'm feeling iffy in the morning, you'll run without me ;-)
