    Steep Ravine Half 13.1 mi

    Felt pretty good after the first 3 miles of the race. Ended up right about 11min pace which is a substantial improvement over my previous best.

    Did 5.5 with the group then another couple with the dogs.

    Took the group out on their first night snow trail run. Good time had by all. Got in 6x20second strides in the parking lot after.

    Mapped out a new run for the group on Thursday. This one will give them a lot more climbing than Huffaker.
