      I agree with your decision. I think it is a good call. Hopefull you can get a run in tomorrow. It is verry hard to priorities when you have a 40+ hour a week job and a house and a puppy and an illness to boot. Hang in because it can only get better. ;)

      Yes, but nothing new there, needed to check off on my tri training plan :-) Elton and I are going to do a little longer one Friday evening. Would of hit pool yesterday but it's dog daycare day for G. Will go in the AM and perhaps again this weekend, and a cycle Sunday.
