    Ran the same route as last week when my Garmin was dead. For that run I credited myself with 7.5 miles. I was pleased to find out tonight that it was quite a bit further.

    Last day in Wilkes-Barre. Heading for home tomorrow. Splits: 8:05, 7:38, 7:20, 7:17, 7:19, 6:38 pace for last half mile. Got to climb some local rocks for a bit too.

      What did I do last year? To tell you the truth, Les, I'm feeling old this year and trying to work extra hard to keep where I want to be. Hoping there's a couple more PR's left in me. 10k in June will be the first test.
