    GT interesting piece of kit. found a great rep for cross country skiing prep. the ramp gradient at 30 degrees was quite enough for me this first session.

    felt good and fresh, great running weather. recoveries could have been slower - possibly leading to faster "sprints". Session 1 - 8 reps. no.2 - 12 reps.

    our first jog Scotland class of the year. icy gusting winds, bridges, roads and airports were shut but this group knows no limits - we went for a steady run.
