Chicken is always good. Everything in moderation is OK, at least it wasn't a fried chocolate bar (yes they exist) :)

Hahaha! Yes, it's better to have good shoes, especially as you start to walk further/longer/faster.Tale good care of your feet. But take your time and build up slowly. You'll really start to feel better and better each time! :D
