    felt great...except my darn itchy sides! So terrible! Could not keep running. For some reason it's just while running. Even when I'm not wearing a shirt!

      "Give 'er" made me smile ... you don't hear that much out here. I met someone the other day who was describing something and said "we were just givin' 'er," and totally without thinking I interrupted him and said "omg you must be a westerner!!!" He was. It was funny and embarrassing. :)
