Spent 4 hours in the hot sun walking around Sea Life Park with the kids on their last day of Summer. Was supposed to run Makapuu Light House trail but they were pooped after a day of fun. Came home and did my 5K so that I can enjoy family dinner out tonight. My left ankle is tender from our Ice Skating earlier this week so I really need to take it easy the next few days.
