    Ran all the hills in Mililani in prep for next weekends race in Kailua (hardest route in my opinion). Seriously struggled today, I guess I didn't eat enough again. Grrrrr.

    amrap (4): 10 clean and jerks each hand, 25 chin ups, 50 tricep dips, 25 push ups, 20 front rows, 50 jump ropes, .2 mile run. I did 4 sets of these. Finished up with pyramids of push ups.
