    Insane workout: 1 minute for each, 10 kettle bell swings between 4 times!: thrusters, wall balls, air squats, wall sits, reverse lunges, sumo squats...that was 240 swings!

    Killer CF lower body work out. Each was done for 1 minute with 2 sets of squat split jumps in between each and we did it 5 times! Reverse lunges, air squats, wall sits, kettle bell swings, wall balls
