      I don't know how you can do more than one run a day, anyhow. There is a concept called could do so by just cutting down to 1 run a day ;)

      Lori, I only run 5-6s on my "training" days whereas you are running 8 miles! But yes, I am going to have this be my last of my higher mileage weeks and taper after this and go back to the smaller mile runs :) My legs are starting to feel tired and heavy.
