#PFMJoes #PFM14 4th in my AD; 70th overall. REALLY proud of my performance in this event. Absolutely thrashed my previous PR (in training by 1:12; and in timed 5k events only by more than 4 full minutes!!!). I'm not sure what came over me, but I hope it wasn't a 1 time thing.
