      NICE! I've done that ride! I'm thinking about doing Knotts Island, how bout you? Oh wait, is that Walt's Ironman weekend? And do you have any other saddle suggestions for me? I'm still getting a lotta soreness during rides, not after thank goodness. Liz said maybe thinner padded shorts. Sounds counterintuitive but I'm willing to try.

      we'll have to talk about where you are getting sore. Might be the pad, everyone is different. Might be the fit. I would take it to Daniel at Contes for a fitting. He knows me rather well. Knotts island is the same day as Walts Ironman. I'm also not up to 100 miles yet. Just getting back into it.
