    Thurs 2/7/13: I used the GymBoss to set up intervals and help me increase my intensity. It definitely helped! I think I still need to ramp it up more and might try a dvd workout next time.

    This was a tough workout. My heart was beating so hard that my chest hurt almost the entire time. Ugh. But I finished it and still had enough energy left to ride my bike.

    Pedaling for 45 minutes. Don't know how much mileage it was, b/c my display kept re-setting. I couldn't believe how much I sweat.

    I did 30 minutes on the elliptical last night. I felt pretty good afterwards, but this morning, I noticed that I'd slept better than I had in a very long time! Maybe this should be a new habit!
