    Hot, steamy, humid, sunny, with lots of traffic. Didn't break for bagels this time, but too many red lights caused us to stop more than I wanted. Not a fun ride. But it's our farthest distance so far.

    He kicked our butts today with tons of quads and cardio in prep for the next duathlon: Squat-front-delts, squat-everything, spinning, mountain-climbers, box jump-burpees, step ups... Ouch.
