    Aerial was GREAT today! I got my pike beats higher than I ever have before, with my legs straight, and my shoulders felt strong. Already can't wait for next Tuesday's class!

    Perfect biking weather today: not too hot, slight breeze, beautiful day. The hills coming back home were pretty tough after aerial class today...but I pushed through. My legs are loving me for it.
