I LOVED this race. It felt quick, and the hills were not terrible. Plus the final mile is basically all down hill. My legs were still very sore from workouts and running this week, and I feel like if they were less tired I could have sped up a little, but overall I'm very proud of how I did. I turned off my RunKeeper intervals, and just went by feeling. I think I took 3-5 walking breaks, none longer than 45 seconds, so I really feel like a "ran" this one. RunKeeper measured 3.19 miles at 38:30 (12:04 avg).
