Planned to do 2 laps around the park. Toward the end of the first lap, I knew I wouldn't make the second, not because my legs were heavy, but because I was really thirsty. I'd had plenty of water today, but was still sweating buckets and needed some hydration. So I ran home, drank a ton of water, and ran the final, sloshy 1.5 miles around my block. I'm really proud of myself for not just calling it quits when I got home the first time. #GotARaceToWin
