first day in the US - it's snowing outside and had to run inside the apartment. up and running after more than a month. need to start working out seriously.

good stretching exercises and abs (100+100) + push-ups (10-12-7-7-12) to finish it off...

    Hey ! if you are in Boston then you should take some time out to run alongside the Charles River Pkway, beautiful place to run. You will always find runners in that area. It's in Cambridge , very close to the MIT campus.

    thanks. that's some nice news. i'm going to venture out for run locations. currently i've found some trails near my apartment where a river flows and i can run alongside that. my main aim is to get into boston half marathon some how... (most probably thru the company as they are partners)

    IS this the april one.... Hey ! the april one has pre-requisites (the marathon timing is 3.30 hours from an accredited body)

    oh no. i saw 2009 BAA half marathon and thought it'll be there in 2010 too. let me try for the fun runs....not the real qualification ones..
