  1. alrightroad slow jogs...around my area 6 km / 00:36 09:44 pace

    rice run and felt strong after it. going to make it a routine if the weather remains good.

    Beautiful weather and accompanied by my friend, had a nice walk + run in the nearby area. Hoping the weather remains the same so as to start long runs.

    Bad floods here made me hit the gym again. Ran on the treadmill after a round of elliptical workout.

    First outdoor run in the US - cold run accompanied by my friend. Enjoyed it immensely. Finished if off with some proper stretching exercises

    very cold outside... i dont think i'll be running outside very soon...
    did pushups - 10-12-8-8-13 and some basic stretching.

    Focussed on legs today as it was raining outside...
    squats (20-20-20), wide squats (12-12-12) and lunges (14-12-10).
    some common stretching exercises to finish it off.....

    first day in the US - it's snowing outside and had to run inside the apartment. up and running after more than a month. need to start working out seriously.

    good stretching exercises and abs (100+100) + push-ups (10-12-7-7-12) to finish it off...
