      I don't know if you figured out yet, but your pace automatically kept increasing with the run and you were the one pacing me.

  5. where can i find a good marathon training plan??? i've some but not great as they don't match my speed... (i need slower ones)...suggestions?

      Smartcoach from Runners world can be adjusted for speed. or you may use FIRST training plan based on your current 5K speed.

      @Naveen - from the day i fell from a 'Treadmill' because of that "Thread" which hangs in the front for an emergency stop - i call it "Threadmill".. So now u know why... :)

    Less running and more focus into cycling @ the gym (had to compensate an amazing cycle opportunity lost in the morning due to tyre puncture)...nice speed.......

      treadmill is great to increase your pace slowly... yeah, but it does get boring after a while. you could have caught a bus and reached for RFL run.

      i had to push the bike back for around 2-2.5 km and then i did get an auto...@naveen - by the time i kept my cycle back home it was around 6.45 - and i couldnt have reached back...(runs start @ 6.30)

      Nice pace Aswin for a 9 Km run...even I used to start very late for runs long back (sometime even as late as 9 am) but then faced all these traffic problems and use to miss the best part of runnig..the great morning weather....so starting early is the way to go.
