    Stopped at every mile for a sip of water and to stretch the hamstrings.
    Boyfriend called at mile 8.4, so I walked 6 minutes to talk to him.

    Good sort of easy run. Incline @ 1% and 1.5%.
    I checked out at 6 miles, only to realize that another 0.4 would round the weekly mileage up to an even 20. So, onto the treadmill I go again.

    Loving these late Friday night runs. What a wonderful way to end the work week.
    Warm up at 5mph. Had incline set on 0.5% and 1% throughout the session. Last mile was at 6.5 mph and 7 mph.

      No. It was actually on the treadmill. Love the treadmill though. But the legs were just heavy. The mind was strong today, but the legs were a little whimpy. :(
      I'll start running my long runs outside next week with my running friend.
