Cut some time off of my marathon PR (3:32:43) so I can improve my chances of registering for Boston 2015. It's great to say I "BQ'd" but I want to say I ran it!

    We're visiting the in-laws for Easter so I ran around Kirksville. Beautiful morning. Ran more hills than I would have liked but it was a good run.

    This was my cooldown.. My friend Jenna usually teaches the couch to 5k program but she was out of town today so I filled in. The 2 miles were a combo of walk/run but mostly running. Fun times!

    Very windy and warm recovery run. Legs felt tired but I think this helped. Still fighting that damn cold! Got some more serious meds so hoping that does the trick.

      I was surprised by the distance! I figured 8 miles.. glad I did the math wrong because that would have overwhelmed me. Good news: I'm faster than most of the middle school runners but not so much the high schoolers...
