    Took Windy with me for another slow run. I waited until the rain ended and it was perfect! A little muggy but very nice. Shorts and t-shirt in February=Score!!

    Pretty slow and steady run. Ran half of it with Kenya and Madison and then they did hill repeats while I went back to the car.

    I biked almost 5 miles and then my chain/gear shift got all messed up. I thought I could fix it but I couldn't. I walked home about .75 miles. Ugh. Frustrated.
