    I'm in the Smoky Mountains for a wedding and it is gorgeous!! I ran a mile with my father in law and then kept going. Looking forward to fun times!!

    So freaking humid. I walked a lot and just kept the watch going. The heat index was 104 with very little wind. I took a 20oz handheld bottle with me and wished I had double that!
