    Awesome day to run! I ran to the high school to help with the track meet, then I ran with Kenya and Stephanie. Steph had her baby stroller so it was a slow jog and I loved it!!

      oh girl, I feel you! I got a migraine the morning of my half marathon a couple weeks ago- the worst! but I still ran through- i took it as, better now then 4/20! Let's enjoy taper!
