      I know I was trained up to run a 3:30 and I wish I had felt better to see what I could do if I were healthy. But you can't change these things and I'm just glad I finished and it's over. Marathon #8 and it ranks somewhere in the middle. Onto the next one I suppose!       Marathons are hard enough when you're healthy, so I can't imagine how difficult this was for you. Way to push through. You still finished with a great time. I'm sure your next marathon is right around the corner and you'll blow it out of the water.

      Yuck! Sorry, Ash! One of my sisters struggled with terrible migraines for a while. I think they prescribed her a beta-blocker for a short period. She's fine now.

      I've never had one but my oldest son used to get them all the time. He would have to lay down in a dark room and sleep. I hope you find out something at the Doc.
