    Kenya bailed on me so I ran to the fairgrounds and did 2 loops (about 1000m a loop) and ran home. It was hot and humid!

    Ran our usual 5 mile route and then was convinced to run a cooldown mile. Finished quite strong. I think the first mile was around 9:20 and my 5th mile was 7:53
