      I'm so jealous! My mill is still broke. As much as I hate it I sure do miss having that option! I even got all knew parts and worked on it myself....which may be why it's still broke. Ha!

      LOL! One time I thought it was broke and my first thought was "Where will I run before work?? I MUST join the 24-hour gym!" LOL I guess once you get into a rhythm it's hard to break it.. Even if you don't love the activity.

    These were warmup/cooldown miles before/after the half marathon. 5 miles before, 1.88 after to make a little more than 20 for the day. 8:52 was the pace for the 5 miles and 10:28 after, HA!
