      Nice workout, and thanks for sharing your story and thoughts! It's nice that you have those memories! I wish I had tried running when I was young, but it was the furthest thing from my mind, lol. Unfortunately you can't turn back the clock and do it over!

    Felt great today! Glad I'm FINALLY getting over this nasty cold! Still have a little cough that sounds nastier than it really is. It's beautiful out today so gonna try for a short run later!
