      YEAH!!!!! girl... we road today and I could really tell that the trainer had helped!!! Soooo.... as bad as I hate to say it.... that thing works!!! :) read an article that said an hour on the trainer is like 1 1/2 hours on the road.... and that was pretty much true!!!
