    Trying to get back in the swing of running. I think my hip is going to hold up. But I'm not sure. Hoping it doesn't take me out of a fall half.

      What has been going on with your hip?

      A little over a month ago the tendons and my hip joint started hurting a little when I ran, and it got progressively worse until I could barely walk without limping. My husband couldn't really figure it out, it was difficult to pin point why it was bothering me, so I took two weeks off, and then ran very sparingly for another two weeks. So far so good. Not sure if it was a speed increase or new shoes that was the issue.
