      I have the same amount of time between my two marathons. My plan is to focus on recovery and not worry so much about maintaining. I don't think it is enough time to lose fitness. I will probably take about 5 days totally off after first one, get in two 8ish mile runs on the two weekends, and otherwise stick to really easy short runs. Focus on recovery with refueling, ice baths, Epsom salt baths, sleep, etc. Good luck!!!

    I planned to do 4.5ish this morning, but I am SO incredibly sore from yesterday's class, and I needed to get home to shower, so I cut it short. Nice and cool out this morning!

    Took a new class at the gym. Can't really describe it, but we used dumbells, bands, steps, and did some intervals. It was tough!
