great To Oak Street Beach & Back 11 mi

After bailing on yesterday's run because of the heat, I wanted to have a great cross training day today. So I biked down to Oak Street, met up with my Fleet Feet fav Lauren and did a half-mile swim. Before pedaling home, we killed the benefit of any workout by eating breakfast at Yolk. Nom nom.
