    Last run before the race!!!!

    4 miles up and 4 down. Made it almost to the top but crackling trekking poles and hair on end turned us around fast. Crazy how much difference a year makes

    Walked 4 miles with Audrey, Jenn and Lindsay at lunch between time at the office then 8 miles around Memorial at the park starting at 8:20. Finished in 1:08 for last weekly mile goal :-)

    3 rounds: 400m run, 15 kettlebell swings, 15 toes to bar. so hot

      oh yes ma'am!! Down to 40ish miles a week and have eased up on the weights. So sorry I didn't see you at the end of Silver Rush but went straight to the car to get to a warm shower!! It was such a pick me up to see you!! When are you heading out to Leadville again?!

      I'll be out there Thursday evening before the run. Acclimation is over rated! lol

    Crazy hot with Jenn but got through it. Then did 10...1 of burpees and situps, 5 rounds of 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min squats. Wouldn't have done it without Jenn

    All Day CrossFit: deadlifts strength, 5 rounds of 5 shoulder to overhead with 105 lbs, 10 burpees, really struggled but finished. Fun to go to a different gym. Daniel and Lugo are super nice
