Did 1 hour of pure barre this morning then ran 7 miles! Felt great! (after- of course!)

Good- so sore now after all of the purebarre stuff! Today is the first day in 5 days that my butt kind of feels normal.

I hadn't heard of pure barre but made the mistake of telling my wife about it after reading this last night.
Seems I'm installing a barre in the gym this weekend.. :s

Haha! That's hilarious! It's a great work out though! When I look back at when I was in my best shape- it was when I combined pure barre with running! Your wife will love it! I wish I had a ballet barre or room for it at my apartment!

It was so wet! Heavy rains this morning- ran through pools of water. I felt like I was Rose on the sinking Titanic! But I made it through!
