      I hadn't heard of pure barre but made the mistake of telling my wife about it after reading this last night.

      Seems I'm installing a barre in the gym this weekend.. :s

      Haha! That's hilarious! It's a great work out though! When I look back at when I was in my best shape- it was when I combined pure barre with running! Your wife will love it! I wish I had a ballet barre or room for it at my apartment!

      it's great isn't it? It's really hot here today, and I've already cycled my way across London. But, 2 mins on here has got me right back on track for my run tonight... :)
